The subject of the contract is conservation and maintenance of greenery on the premises of municipal cemeteries in Szczecin - divided into parts, i.e.
- Part I: conservation and maintenance of greenery at the Central Cemetery and war tombs,
- part II: conservation and maintenance of greenery at the West Cemetery at ul. Bronowicka,
- Part III: conservation and maintenance of greenery and maintenance of cleanliness at other municipal cemeteries in Szczecin.
2. The object of the contract has been specified in detail as appropriate:
1) part I: in Annexes 2 / I and 3 / I to the ToR;
2) part II: in Annexes 2 / II and 3 / II to the ToR;
3) part III: in Annexes 2 / III and 3 / III to the ToR.

2. The Central Cemetery is entered into the register of monuments under number 1066 on the basis of the decision of 16.6.1985 of the Provincial Conservator of Monuments (L.dz. KL.III.5340 / 10/85). The spatial arrangement, communication routes, technical infrastructure, small architecture as well as low and high greenery are protected.
3. War tombs include the following objects:
a) war quarters of Soldiers of the Polish Army and the Soviet Army;
b) collective grave of soldiers of the Army Combat Unit (independence underground formation);
c) the war quarters of Belgian Prisoners and Prisoners of the Polish Army;
d) French POWs cemetery at ul. Lithuania;
e) mass grave at the municipal cemetery in Dąbie.
