The subject of the contract is the software of the electronic system for supporting chemotherapy treatment for cytostatics laboratories, which is to be used for ordering (Department / Clinic), verification of orders, production and settlement of production and administration of cytotoxic drugs. The software for the cytostatics laboratory is to work as an element of the HIS system, where integration is carried out
using the HL7 standard. It is also important that the system is to allow to map the way of cooperation between doctors and pharmacists
depending on the number of branches, the method of production, the number of drugs produced, or the adopted model of validation of orders and production.

The subject of the contract is the software of the electronic system for supporting chemotherapy treatment for cytostatics laboratories, which is to be used for ordering (Department / Clinic), verification of orders, production and settlement of production and administration of cytotoxic drugs. The software for the cytostatics laboratory is to work as an element of the HIS system, where integration is carried out
using the HL7 standard. It is also important that the system is to allow to map the way of cooperation between doctors and pharmacists
depending on the number of branches, the method of production, the number of drugs produced, or the adopted model of validation of orders and production.
The system is to cover three basic areas – custom," i.e. medical (branches and clinics), pharmaceutical – the area of pre-production and production management, and the area of cytostatic drug production itself.
The integration is to include two-way data exchange, including full documentation of the distribution of medicines to the patient, which is of great importance from the medical, pharmaceutical and settlement side with the National Health Fund. It should be emphasized that the need to implement the EDPS also includes the use of integration in this area.

The Ordering Party requires that the delivered software meets all technical and implementation parameters indicated in the description of the subject of the contract.

1.3 Your personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR
for the purpose related to the public procurement procedure, mark ZPZ-33/08/22 entitled: Development of the HIS system through the delivery and implementation of an electronic chemotherapy support system.
1.4 the recipients of your personal data will be persons or entities to whom the documentation of the proceedings will be made available based on Article 18 and Article 74 of the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "PZP Act";
1.5 Your personal data will be stored, in accordance with Article 78(1) of the Public Procurement Law, for a period of 4 years from the date of completion of the procurement procedure;
1.6 the obligation for you to provide personal data directly concerning you is a statutory requirement specified in the provisions of the Public Procurement Law, related to participation in the public procurement procedure; the consequences of not providing certain data result from the PZP Act;
1.7 in relation to your personal data, decisions will not be made
