This command consists of the following parts

- Demolition of existing front building

- Construction of a biofield

- New construction "Voorbouw" - windproof

- New construction of 2 extra "wings Karrewiel" - windproof

- Renovation windows and doors incl. small demolition works of 2 existing "wings Karrewiel" with possibility of repeat assignment 4 remaining existing wings.

The finishing and techniques are tendered via separate file.

The start of the works depends on the progress of the works of file UKJA 2021-1084

Start is foreseen at the earliest 1/3/2024 and at the latest 1/8/2024.

The contractor must start 75 days after order of commencement given by ZNA.
