This framework agreement concerns the printing, packaging and delivery (on a single site) of nominative meal vouchers, in paper or dematerialized format, as well as the related services (support for implementation, creation of paper supports or cards, transport management, delivery, insurance, ancillary management services and other costs) for the Régie des Eaux du Pays d'aix. The holder of the contract has an obligation to repay the securities he has issued as soon as they are presented by restaurants and merchants who have accepted them as a means of payment in the course of their commercial activities. The Framework Agreement was concluded for a minimum amount per year of 200,000 euros excluding VAT and for a maximum amount per year of 700,000 euros (excluding tax).

The contract starts from its notification for a period of 12 months. This contract is renewable. It will be renewable 4 times one year by tacit agreement without its total duration exceeding 5 years
