With this tender, the contracting authority aims to achieve the following objectives:

a) User-friendly and efficient travel product for employees to use public transport with related services and future shared transport for commuting (and later business trips). In addition, employees can easily register, declare and view commuting by bicycle and (green) car and home working days.

b) Reducing the administrative burden of the declaration process; unburdening employees and administration.

c) Overview of the (personal) travel behavior and travel costs of the employees in combination with the working from home days.

d) Integration of reports of CO2 emissions according to the Draft Decree on CO2 reduction of work-related personal mobility.

These objectives have been translated by the Contracting Authority into the demarcation of the Contract, the requirements imposed on its performance, the requirements imposed on Economic Operators in order to
