The purpose of the contract is to ensure, by the contract holder and on behalf of Habitation Moderne, a rental, maintenance and reading service of cold water meters, domestic hot water meters, heating meters, heat cost allocators, and associated services under the conditions provided for by the special technical clauses (CCTP).
The services include:
1 – The supply and installation of:
- cold water meters: volumetric meters equipped with a remote reading device
- domestic hot water meters: volumetric meters equipped with a remote reading device
- thermal meters: thermal meters equipped with a remote reading device
- Dual probe electronic splitters equipped with a remote reading device
2- The realization of punctual services such as replacement of anti-fraud rings, replacement of isolation valves volumetric meters, specific assignment controls, intermediate readings, as described in the unit price schedule (BPU)
3 – The reading of all meters and dispatchers, as well as the supply of annual consumption distributed by dwelling via electronic data interchange, in the format defined during the kick-off meeting
4 - The establishment of a balance sheet of the annual consumption of cold water, domestic hot water and heating indicating the evolution compared to the previous year
5 - The establishment, on request, of an interim reading of cold water, domestic hot water and heating consumption indicating the changes compared to the last reading transmitted
6 – The implementation of an Internet portal for restitution allowing easy access to global and daily consumption data, to analyze variations in consumption in housing and the sending of automated alerts in case of abnormal consumption (including dispatchers). The solution will allow an automatic and simultaneous daily reading of all consumption. The update of the data on the portal WEB will be daily.
This portal will allow Habitation Moderne to capture changes in tenants
7 - The provision of an Internet portal dedicated to residents, tenants for data concerning them
