Oppegård municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier for the delivery and receipt of crushed stone and gravel.

The aim is to sign a framework agreement for 2 years, with an option for 1+1 year.

The procurement is estimated to approx. 900 000 NOK per annum. The total for the entire period including options is approx. 3 600 000 NOK. Emphasis is put on the fact that this is only an estimate and that the real need for the delivery of crushed stone and gravel etc. can vary from year to year and be both above and below the stated estimate.

Tenders shall be submitted for crushed stone and gravel in the fraction sizes listed in Annex 2 Price Form. It shall mainly be used for filling in ditches, levelling areas and refilling water and sewage pipelines.

Tenderers shall offer all the requested products stated in Annex 2 Price Form. The list is not exhaustive as regards what the Contracting Authority can order. Tenderers shall, therefore, also be able to offer other products within the segment crushed stone and gravel if needed. A price list shall be enclosed for other products that the tenderer can offer, but these prices will not be included in the evaluation.
