The subject of the contract is the delivery of bulk road salt to the storage yard indicated by the Ordering Party for winter road maintenance, i.e. scattering and combating winter slipperiness.

The subject of the contract is the delivery of bulk road salt to the storage yard indicated by the Ordering Party for winter road maintenance, i.e. scattering and combating winter slipperiness. The contractor is obliged to deliver salt in batches according to the customer's needs in the period from signing the contract to 15.04.2024.

The amount of salt supply will depend on the prevailing weather conditions. The given amount of salt – 2 600 Mg is an estimate. For failure to purchase the forecasted quantities of salt, the contractor will not be entitled to any claims against the ordering party.

The Contractor shall execute orders in quantities and within the time limits specified by the contracting authority in individual orders. The delivery order will be forwarded each time by phone and will be confirmed immediately by a written order sent to the contractor.
