The subject of the contract includes:

Collection and transport of municipal waste from owners of residential and uninhabited real estate from the commune of Oława in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2010), provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, adopted by resolution XXIX / 934/16 of the Lower Silesian Parliament, current regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Oława. The municipal waste collection system also includes municipal waste arising from business operations, except for cemeteries. The contractor is obliged to transfer the collected municipal waste from the territory of the Oława commune from residential and non-residential properties to the municipal waste treatment installation in Gać.

The municipal waste collection system from the property does not include: collection of expired medicines, chemicals, and used batteries and accumulators.

The contractor is obliged to transfer the collected mixed municipal waste, biodegradable waste and residues from sorting municipal waste from residential and non-residential real estate from the Oława commune to the regional municipal waste treatment installations indicated in the Regional Waste Management Plan, i.e. to the regional municipal waste treatment installation in Gać (Zakład Gospodarowania Odpadami Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Gać, Gać 90, 55-200 Oława).
