The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance and development services for the Asbestos Base system, in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ"), constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, through the performance of Services:

1) transfer of the asbestos base;

2) maintenance of the asbestos base;

3) the development of the asbestos base;

4) technical assistance;

5) Asbestos base sentences

and transfer to the Ordering Party of rights to products constituting works within the meaning of the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights, created in connection with the performance of the Service referred to in point 3 – to the extent and under the conditions specified in § 12 of the Agreement (Annex 6 to the SWZ).
