In Langeraar, a new Child Centre De Poel will be built as a replacement for the current primary school Aeresteijn and Childcare Liemeer.

The Client is looking for Contractors, who are able to further develop the preliminary design of the child center on the basis of a construction team assignment. The work with regard to the further co-design and realization of these facilities of the 'New construction child center De Poel in Langeraar' will include:

▪ Construction work child center (lot 1);

▪ E- and W- installation work child center (lot 2);

▪ Civil site work public space near the Child Centre and the apartments (plot 1);

▪ The (co-)design of one design of the entire new child center and site in the construction team, after which it must be realized in phases (plots 1 and 2);

▪ Purchase of land plot for the development and realization of 15 rental apartments (plot 1).
