Purchase of property management services

The Jyväskylä Educational Consortium, Gradia Real Estate, is asking for your offer of property management services in Jyväskylä and Lievestuore.

The property management services are acquired by the Jyväskylä Educational Association:

- Kukkulan campus, Keskussairaalantie 21, FI-40620 Jyväskylä, Finland

- Harju Campus, Sepänkatu 3, 40100 Jyväskylä, Finland

- Gradia Real Estate's own property management staff, separately assigned to other client offices in Jyväskylä and Lievestuore.

The agreement is initially for a fixed period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2021, after which it will continue for an indefinite period.
