The Operation aims to improve the energy performance of the workshop building and the comfort conditions for users, students and staff. It is also seeking to adapt the bodywork/paint shops on the one hand and the car and boat mechanics workshops on the other in terms of surface area and functionality in order to better meet current needs. In particular, the project must:- offer functional, practical premises adapted to uses,- improve the architectural framework and the comfort of use of the spaces in terms of visual, thermal and acoustic aspects,- ensure the best energy renovation of the building envelope,- comply with safety and accessibility standards.
