Development of a construction project and executive designs along with obtaining administrative decisions necessary for the extension of the county road – Bartycka Street on the section Czerniakowska Street – Gościniec Street and reconstruction of Nadrzeczna Street on the section of Gościniec Street

Bananowa Street as part of the investment task entitled Extension of Bartycka Street on the section Czerniakowska – Gościniec – part 2 and development of design and cost estimate documentation for the sewage network and water supply network in Bartycka Street and Nadrzeczna Street in the Mokotów district m.st Warsaw.

1) The scope of the DMS, which consists of the design documentation including, m.in:

a) execution of preparatory work,

b) obtaining a decision on environmental conditions (SPC) along with the execution of all necessary studies in order to obtain it;

c) obtaining a decision on the permit for the implementation of a road investment along with the execution of all necessary studies in order to obtain it;

d) development of promotional and informational materials,

e) development of a construction project,

f) preparation of detailed designs,

g) preparation of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works,

h) development of maps with the planned division of real estate,

i) preparation of bills of quantities,

j) preparation of the investor's cost estimate and the cost estimate form for the offer,

k) performing author's supervision during the execution of construction works.

2) The scope of MPWiK, which consists of a service including, m.in:

a) development of design and cost estimate documentation for the construction of the sanitary sewage system:

• DN 300 mm in Bartycka Street on the section from the existing sanitary sewer in the area of Piniowa Street

to the designed domestic sewage pumping station in the area of Figowa Street on Dz. ew. No. 18

with rev. 1-07-07.

• DN 200 mm in Bartycka Street and Nadrzeczna Street on the section from the designed sanitary sewer

in the area of Rodzynkowa Street to the height of Bananowa Street.

• DN 300 mm in Bartycka Street on the section from the designed domestic sewage pumping station in the area

Figowa Street on Dz. ew. No. 18 with obr. 1-07-07 up to the height of the planned sanitary channel DN 200 mm

in the area of Raiszynkowa Street.

• DN 200 mm in Bartycka Street on the section from the above-mentioned designed sanitary sewer DN 300 mm in the area of Figowa Street to the designed network in Pułku AK "Waligóra" Street.

• DN 200 mm in Bartycka Street on the section from the existing sanitary sewer DN 300 mm in Grupa AK "Północ" Street to the height of the property in Bartycka Street No. 173,

together with sections of the network to the main channel to the boundaries of the property to be canalized

(the detailed design must present sewage system solutions from the property border to the first well of the property),

• switching the housing estate at Pod Kopcem Street to the designed sanitary sewer

in Bartycka Street in reference to new road solutions.

b) preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the construction of DN 100 mm water pipe

on the access road to Bartycka Street (for buildings located at Bartycka 65, 65A, 65B, 65D, 65 E and 67 Street) on the section from the existing DN 200 mm water pipe in Bartycka Street to the hydrant behind the last water supply connection to the building located at the above-mentioned access road.
