1. The subject of the contract is the supply of fresh, pickled and root vegetables, mushrooms, fruits and potatoes to the Police Training Centre in Legionowo and to the Administrative and Economic Department of the CSP in Sułkowice. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 4 to the SWZ. 3. The subject of the contract has been divided into 5 parts: 1) part I – root vegetables – delivery to the Police Training Centre in Legionowo; 2) part II – fresh and pickled vegetables, mushrooms – delivery to the Police Training Centre in Legionowo; 3) part III – potatoes – delivery to the Police Training Centre in Legionowo; 4) part IV – fruit – delivery to the Police Training Centre in Legionowo; 5) part V – root vegetables, fresh and pickled, mushrooms, fruits, potatoes – delivery to the Administration and Economic Department in Sułkowice. 4. Deadline for contract performance - successively in batches from 02 October 2023 to 30 June 2024.

Part I – root vegetables – delivery to the Police Training Centre in Legionowo. Deadline for the implementation of the subject of the contract: successively in batches from 02 October 2023 to 30 June 2024. Planned date of first delivery from 02 October 2023. The order will be carried out in batches 2 times a week. Pursuant to Article 310 of the Act, the Contracting Authority may cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been awarded to it. Pursuant to Article 455(1)(1) of the Act, the contracting authority, in connection with the specification of the functioning of the unit and the possibility of reducing the number of nutritional statuses, reserves the right not to perform the entire contract without financial and legal consequences. The minimum remuneration for the Contractor in this case in part I – root vegetables – delivery to the Police Training Centre in Legionowo – PLN 99,190.00 gross. In these proceedings, the contracting authority will apply the so-called "reverse order of assessment", referred to in the provision of Article 139(1) of the Act. The Contracting Authority informs that it will first evaluate the bids and then examine whether the Contractor whose bid will be assessed as the most advantageous is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure.

Part II – fresh and pickled vegetables, mushrooms – delivery to the Police Training Center in Legionowo. The order will be executed in batches once a week. The delivery date of new potatoes - from May 15, 2024 to June 30, 2024. The delivery date of young cabbage, chard – from June 01, 2024 to June 30, 2024. Pursuant to Article 310 of the Act, the Contracting Authority may cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been awarded to it. Pursuant to Article 455(1)(1) of the Act, the contracting authority, in connection with the specification of the functioning of the unit and the possibility of reducing the number of nutritional statuses, reserves the right not to perform the entire contract without financial and legal consequences.
