The municipality of Schönefeld intends to promptly procure two identical emergency firefighting group vehicles 10 (HLF 10) for the volunteer fire brigade municipality of Schönefeld, in the local fire brigades Rotberg/Kiekebusch and Waßmannsdorf.
The specifications are intended to facilitate the preparation of the offer and the evaluation. This should take into account the current tactical and technical requirements in the areas of technical assistance and firefighting.

Insofar as no specifications of the client are made, the corresponding information of the

For various reasons, such as operational necessity, economical spare parts availability, technical experience or uniform operability, various details with manufacturer information are explicitly prescribed. Insofar as alternative products are to be offered by the bidder, we recommend that equivalence be agreed with the client in advance. Appropriate evidence (technical descriptions, etc.) must be submitted.

The supplement shall be added to this service description. In the remark section, the specified dimensions and numbers must also be confirmed by actual dimensions and actual numbers (for example: vehicle width maximum 2350 mm, remark: actual dimensions: 2315 mm). If a given measure cannot be adhered to, the actual measure must be given with a corresponding justification.
Additional remarks shall be attached in a separate appendix depending on the position, and the reference to the attachment shall be entered in the Remark field.
The entire load according to the standard plus additional loading of the two vehicles will be put out to tender at a later date for economic and technical reasons. In order to determine the price of the assembly costs and the associated installation of loading brackets, we provide the planned loading in other documents for information.
