The assignment description concerns the recruitment, selection, hiring, delivery and dismissal of temporary workers for the benefit of the Client's own services. By temporary workers, the client means the staff that is hired by the HR department when the regular capacity and staffing proves to be insufficient (such as long-term illness replacement, capacity for support on projects and/or for care at peak loads).
This includes the following functions:
- Service employee
- Employee support
- Mediabeheerder
The Client refers to the Programme of Requirements and the attached job profiles for a more detailed description of Temporary Workers. It is important to mention that there is a possibility that new job profiles will be added at a later stage of the contract. The above mentioned functions are therefore not fixed.
Hiring temporary workersThe estimated value of the Framework Agreement is approximately €500,000 per year excluding VAT. With a total term of the Framework Agreement of a maximum of four (4) years, the estimated value will then be €2,000,000 excluding VAT. Participants cannot derive any rights from this statement of the estimated value of this Framework Agreement.
