Lot 1: maintenance of green spaces - quantitative / estimated: 27 428 m 2 .

Lot 2: stadium maintenance - stage of burned wood, quantitative / estimated: 21 350 m 2 and Jean Moulin Stadium, quantitative / estimated: 9,936 m 2 .

Lot nº 3: maintenance of the wooded heritage - public and private spaces of the municipality.

Lot 4: Maintenance of Synthetic Terrain - Quantitative / Estimated: 6,370 m 2 .

Lot 5: automatic watering maintenance - quantitative / estimated: 750 m 2 for the drip and 9 900 m 2 for watering the description of the expected services, their specifications and the administrative information of the framework agreement are specified in the Special Administrative Clauses (CCAP) and the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP).

a) Maintenance of green spaces:

- mowing and cleaning of lawns with evacuation,

- cleanliness of mineral zones, paths, car parks, gutters and drains,

- pruning and digging shrubbery,

- planting tanks,

- cutting and digging hedges,

- size of trees, shrubs, stencil hoeing,

- selective and chemical weeding,

- fertilization.

b) Maintenance of open spaces: driveways, parking, gutters, mouths, drains:

- cleaning (collection of papers, leaves) and their evacuation,

- manual or mechanical weeding (thermal or cell (wire, brush, reciprocator).

Grass cutting - unpacking - sanding and grass restoration and maintenance of the surrounding area (shrub size, hedgerows).

This lot concerns all pruning and pruning of trees and the felling of persons designated by the representative of the City of Igny, including the removal of branches, trunks, leaves, stumps, rubbish and cleaning after the interventions.

The stipulations of lot 4 of the present Special Technical Clauses (CCTP) concern the specialized maintenance of the 2 artificial grass pitches located at the Jean Moulin stadium in Igny.

The stipulations of lot 5 of this Cahier des clauses techniques particuliers (CCTP) concern preventative and curative maintenance works of the integrated sprinkling systems of green leisure areas and sports fields, disconnectors and standpipes.
