The Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad) represented by the Department for Quality Assurance (AMOR), requires suppliers that can offer assistance with investigating suspicion of financial irregularities. Therefore, Norad invites to a competition without negotiations for a framework agreement on consultancy services related to investigations. Services may include investigations, special audits, due diligence or financial and legal advice. Norad may use this framework agreement both in investigations to determine breaches of contract, and in whistle-blowing cases where there is a suspicion of fraud.
