The Assignment concerns the provision of adult education within the framework of WEB. On the basis of the WEB, the aim is to improve the language, numeracy and digital skills of residents aged 18 and older who are not obliged to integrate. The emphasis for formal education is on improving language skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing). Education takes place in groups.  In addition to 'regular trajectories', the municipality of Zwolle wants room for development aimed at strengthening basic skills.
