The subject of the present call for proposals is the ELT technical planning services according to the work phases (Lph.) 1 to 9 (within the meaning of § 3, § 53-§ 56, appendix 15 HOAI / draft of the planner contract) for (the demolition of the existing building and) the construction of a day care center from a crèche group with 12 places to take care of children and a kindergarten group with 25 childcare places (Assumption day, daycare St. Anna) in Rattenkirchen.
