In general, the consultancy assignment offered includes preliminary consultancy in the form of preparation of a construction programme as well as consultancy in connection with design management – including planning of tenders, design of execution project, tendering and contracting of agency contracts, construction management and professional supervision
of the project "Phase 4, The Towers" at Specialhospital Sønderborg, which deals with renovation and conversion work on 8 existing sections for the establishment of a new ward, a new dialysis section, a new section with a cancer outpatient clinic, a new framework for the Spine Center and Midwifery Center, as well as guard rooms, offices, meeting rooms.
In this tender, the client wishes to obtain tenders for turnkey consultancy in all phases of construction, as described in more detail in the tender documents.
In general, the consultancy task offered includes preliminary advice in the form of preparation of construction program as well as advice in connection with design management, design to main project level, tendering and contracting of agency contracts, as well as construction management, professional supervision, project follow-up, defect registration, control of defect remediation, delivery and handling of 1-year inspection of agency prices covered by the project.
The construction project covers approx. 7,200 m' and is assessed by the client as a task of a medium nature.
The execution of the project is expected to be put out to tender in agency contracts on the basis of the main project and divided into 2 overall execution stages. As a result, agency prices may have to be offered in 2 stages.
Expected commissioning of the final section of the final stage in Q2 2026.
The requirements for the construction are set out in the programme proposal, while the terms of the contract are set out in the draft turnkey consultancy contract with annexes.
The client wants the greatest possible influence on the layout and quality of the building, which is why the client expects a high degree of involvement in the programming and design phases through user involvement in the process.
