1. The subject of the order includes the provision of comprehensive laundry, drying and processing services (ironing, maglation, decontamination, etc.) of bed linen and hospital linen along with the service of transporting dirty linen from hospital storage to the laundry room and transport of clean linen from laundry to magazine The Ordering Party and rental of underwear and implementation of the RFID system at the Hospital in Ostróda S.A.

The subject of the order includes the provision of comprehensive laundry, drying and processing services (ironing, maglation, decontamination, etc.) of bed linen and hospital linen along with the service of transporting dirty linen from hospital storage to the laundry room and transport of clean linen from laundry to magazine The Ordering Party and rental of underwear and implementation of the RFID system at the Hospital in Ostróda S.A.
2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order shall be included in Annex 2 to the specification of the terms of the order, hereinafter
3. The Contracting Party shall require that the provision of services subject to the contract be carried out in accordance with applicable law, i.e.:
1) Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy of 26.09.1997 on general health and safety regulations (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2003 No. 169, item 1650 as amended),
2) by the Act of 9 October 2015 on biocidal products (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 24 as amended),
3) by the Act of 25 February 2011 on chemicals and their mixtures (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 2289 as amended),
4) Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 27 April 2000 on health and safety in laundry and dye shops (Journal of Laws of 2000 No. 40, item 469),
5) by the Act of 5 December 2008 on the prevention and control of infectious infectious infections and diseases in humans (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2069),
6) by other provisions applicable to this procurement procedure.
