The purpose of the acquisition is the service management system for Haaga-Helia (“SaaS service”), including deployment work, operational training and continuous service development in more detail as evidenced in procurement documents.

The system to be acquired will be available to the whole organization With the acquisition, the service management system is to be expanded to include more departments of the procurement unit compared to the current situation.

One (1) supplier is selected as the contracting partner.
