1. The subject matter of the contract is the performance of the multi-discipline investor's supervision over construction works carried out at the 1st and 2nd degree State Music School in Opole.
2. The contractor, having regard to the scope of construction works to be carried out, is to ensure the participation of industry supervisors with appropriate permissions in the number and time range, necessary for the correct implementation of all supervised construction works.
3. Additional information:
a) The estimated value of the works to which the investor's supervision pertains has been set at PLN 7 423 334.24 net.
b) The scope of works performed by the contractor is defined in detail by:
- Construction project,
- Executive project,
- Technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works,
- Bill of quantities.
As part of the function of the supervision inspector, the basic duties include in particular:
a) fulfillment of duties assigned to the Investor's supervision included in the contract for the execution of construction works (Annex No. 10 to the Terms of Reference);
b) carrying out supervision over the execution of works and their financing in accordance with the work schedule;
c) participating in technical, problem and other meetings organized by all parties to the investment process, including calls convened at the initiative of the Employer's representative;
d) storage of documentation related to the implementation of the project, preparation of correspondence projects related to the conducted works for the benefit of the administration and control bodies;
e) initiating or giving opinions on proposed amendments to the contract, or carrying out additional works (Article 67 paragraph 1 item 6 of the Public Procurement Law), including verification of the necessity of their implementation, compliance with the law, preparation of necessary documentation. In the same scope, the Contractor will be obliged if it is necessary to use alternative solutions and materials, or in the case of revealing defects in the project documentation;
f) undertaking all activities that enable the proper implementation of works;
g) carrying out technical supervision over the execution of works in accordance with the Construction Law;
h) performing coordination functions at the construction site;
i) management of a team of industry surveillance inspectors
j) constant consultation and expert advice to the Investor;
k) timely preparation of documents necessary for settlements with the contractor for construction works, including the preparation of settlement documents, reports and other documents required for the execution of works, cooperation in this respect with the Investor, designer and contractor of construction works;
l) taking all necessary actions to protect the Investor's interests;
m) in the period of 1 year from the final acceptance of construction works, support of the Employer's actions aimed at fulfilling the obligations of the contractor for construction works resulting from the guarantee and warranty.
n) exercising supervision over conducted construction works in accordance with art. 25, 26 and 27 of the Construction Law and the principles of the supervision inspector.
