The services include the complete power installation of the building including:

- 1 x low voltage main distribution including all components,

- 1 x central battery system without power limitation,

- 9 x floor distributors incl. Low-voltage switch strips and energy meters,

- 110 x general and sub-distributors,

- up to 75 000 m of cables and cables of various cross-sections,

- safety lighting system,

- Complete lighting system for the building,

- Internal equipotential bonding.

As well as the passive computer components with the structured wiring and the data connection boxes.

The service also includes a fire alarm system with a nationwide alarm including the fire alarm panel, multi-criteria alarm, manual call points,

Thermal sensor cable and detection units.
