Due to imminent expansions of existing areas (extension areas) as well as the repair of existing headquarters areas, the Federal Office needs support to carry out moves. The necessary removals take place on the one hand from the existing areas in Werderstraße 34 to the new expansion areas in Kaiser-Wilhelm-Ring, 27-29, 50672 Cologne. On the other hand, relocations within the existing area in the Werderstraße 34 (floor relocations) are carried out at a time lag. If required and on the basis of a separate assignment, the contractor should also undertake further moves and retreats in the existing areas (floor moves).

The contractor undertakes the planning and execution of the relocations taking into account the time frame and special order execution conditions specified by the client.

The Federal Office is planning to carry out moves for a total of 773 jobs. 103 new jobs in the Werderstrasse 34 will be transferred to the new property for the relationship between the new extension areas in Kaiser-Wilhelm-Ring 27-29 (KWR). A move through the property is not possible because there is no through-connection between the areas of Werderstraße 34 and the KWR. The distance to be covered is about 200 meters. The Werderstraße and the KWR are located within a one-way street. The route from the KWR back to Werderstraße 34 is therefore approximately 650 meters. In the context of the renovation of the existing areas in the Werderstraße 34, the jobs for the period of renovation in an (internal) alternate area and after completion of the renovation of their own premises again in withdraw them (floor moves). For this purpose, it is planned that after moving out of Werderstraße 34 into KWR, the workstations of the first floor will move to the third floor. Subsequently, the renovation work will be carried out on the first floor. Then the workstations are moved from the 3rd floor back to the 1st floor. Subsequently, the other floors are moved in the same way. Extracting and withdrawing the first floor to the third floor is already mandated with the award of the contract. Withdrawal and all other moves are subject to a separate commission (individual order) commissioned by the client in good time. Overall, this results in two removals per job. Totaling (change and retreat), subject to a separate assignment, the contractor is obliged to carry out a total of up to 670 job relocations.
