Sandnes eiendom invites tenderers to a tender contest for the engineering design and construction of an apartment building at Sørbø Hove - The Parent Initiative III [Foreldreinitiativet III].

The Parent Initiative III involves the engineering design and construction of a 5-storey apartment building with a total of 9 mental care homes, five ordinary apartments, a communal area and a staff base. The apartments will be sold to people with mental and physical disabilities. The plot has been prepared for groundwork to start at the ground level. A foundation wall with top deck has been built. A shared basement car park has been built. The building must fulfil the requirements of Tek17.

The project will be carried out as a builder-developed turnkey contract in accordance with NS 8407. The project is scheduled to start in September 2023. Contractors must have capacity to complete their works in accordance with the contract so that the hand-off can take place at the latest by 30 September 2024 (competition deadline).
