1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in post-warranty technical service of photocopiers, printers, own multifunctional devices, rental of printing devices and delivery of consumables (including toner cartridges, inks, tapes and consumable parts) for these devices. The service will be provided in the District Court in Wrocław (part I of the order) and in the district courts in Milicz, Strzelin and Wołów (part II of the order). Technical service and delivery of consumables applies to both rented and owned equipment. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1a and 1b to the SWZ, respectively. 2. The scope of the contract includes: - rental of brand new or not older than 48 months (counting from the date of manufacture) multifunctional devices and printers, for which the number of printed pages may not exceed 200 000 pcs. and being in very good technical condition – visual and mechanical. - installation of rented equipment and training of court staff in the operation of these devices, - delivery and replacement of worn parts and consumables with new ones. Materials will be exchanged both in the rented equipment and in the equipment owned by the Ordering Party, - technical service of rented equipment and equipment owned by the Ordering Party, - preparation of opinions on the technical condition of the equipment in the event of its total wear; - collection and disposal of used spare parts and consumables at least twice a month at the time indicated by the Ordering Party and delivery of collective packaging for used spare parts and consumables; - other operations necessary to ensure correct and uninterrupted operation of the equipment. 3. The contract is awarded in two parts: a) Part I of the contract – rental and service care of printing devices in the District Court in Wrocław. b) Part II of the contract – rental and service care of printing devices in the District Court in Milicz, in the District Court in Strzelin and in the District Court in Wołów. 4. Economic operators shall submit tenders separately for each lot of the contract. A tender may be submitted for the performance of only one lot of the contract or a tender for the performance of two lots of the contract. 5. The subject of the contract is described in detail in the annexes to the SWZ: a) Annex 1a – detailed description of the first part of the contract concerning the Regional Court in Wrocław, b) Annex 1b – detailed description of the second part of the contract concerning the District Court in Milicz, the District Court in Strzelin and the District Court in Wołów.
