The content of the contract includes the following services in particular, but not exclusively:

- Procurement, provision, installation and function of end devices and accessories

- Assembly, dismantling and transport to the user's workplace

- Operation of a service point at the headquarters of Stadtwerke Düsseldorf on a space provided.

- Establishing and maintaining operational readiness

- Provision of replacement devices

- IMAC/R on-site services

- Creation and maintenance of documentation as well as inventory maintenance"

"At the main location of Stadtwerke Düsseldorf, a service point is to be set up and operated by the bidder. In addition to the field service to be provided, this is to supervise the entire IT workplace lifecycle process, including IMAC/R.

More than 2400 IT devices as well as more than 2000 monitors and associated accessories have to be operated with the complete lifecycle management of the end devices hardware (IMAC/R) including the provision of new hardware during the contract period at various company locations in Düsseldorf. Within an initial project, the equipment is to be replaced by new hardware, mostly notebooks, monitors and accessories.
