The subject of the contract is to create a concept and implement the so-called "green walls" along with their maintenance (guarantee) as part of the Poznań Civic Budget project entitled "Green Poznań".

The contract is divided into five lots, constituting separate contracts:

a) Part I – Toilet in Mickiewicz Park,

b) Part II – M. Karłowicz Poznań Secondary Music School, 12 Solna Street,

c) Part III – Kindergarten No. 39 "Leśne Ludki", Limanowskiego 23b,

d) Part IV – Primary School No. 1, 1 Hezjoda Street,

e) Part V – Primary School No. 90, Chociszewskiego 56.

1) The subject of the contract is to create a concept and execution of the so-called "green walls" along with their maintenance (guarantee) as part of the Poznań Civic Budget project entitled "Green Poznań", in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to the contract, according to the prices indicated in the Price Form, constituting Annex 1 to the Offer Form and Annex 3 to the contract – Graphic information regarding the location of the planned "green walls", for the part for which the Contractor submits a bid.

The locations indicated for parts I, II, III and V are located in the area entered in the register of monuments, therefore all works in these locations require obtaining a conservation permit by the Contractor, in accordance with Article 36 paragraph 1 of the Act of 23 July 2003 on the protection of monuments and care for monuments. 2) The concept of "green walls" should include such elements as:

a) composition, spatial form,

b) technical and functional solutions,

(c) the strength of the 'green wall',

d) a proposal for construction with an indication of the material from which it is to be made,

e) technical drawing of the structure,

f) the method of location and installation of the structure,

(g) a list of plant material,

h) the method of planting the plants (containers, ground).

3) The concept will not be subject to modifications during the implementation of the contract in terms of the elements that were subject to assessment. At the same time, the Ordering Party reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the general nature of the concept.

4) The contracting authority requires a minimum of 36 months of warranty for the maintenance (maintenance) of the so-called "green walls".

5) A detailed description of the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in the model contract together with attachments, constituting Annex 12 to the SWZ.
