The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for the collection and management of municipal waste arising in households and from owners of property where residents do not reside, and municipal waste is created from the Gaszowice Municipality (hereinafter the Municipality), excluding waste related to the conduct of business activities. The subject of the contract shall include inhabited and uninhabited properties set out in the Annex to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract shall include inhabited and uninhabited properties set out in the Annex to the SWZ.
The subject of the order will be executed through:
1.Equipment 2 multi-bar properties in containers of 1100 liters for the collection of slags and ashes (6 pieces of containers).
2.Organisation of the collection of municipal waste (segregated and non-segregated).
2.1. The collection of municipal waste directly from inhabited and uninhabited properties will take place divided into:
(a) waste from selective waste collection — 1 time every 4 weeks:
- glass — bag or container green (colored glass),
- paper — blue bag or blue container
- metals, plastics, multi-material waste to one container or yellow bag.
(b) non-segregated waste — mixed:
- single-family buildings - 1 time every two weeks from April to October, and in other months 1 time every four weeks,
- uninhabited properties on which public utilities are located or used for business activities - 1 time every two weeks from April to October, and in other months 1 time every four weeks,
- from the property on which there is a cottage or other property used for recreational and leisure purposes - 1 time every two weeks from April to October, and in other months 1 time every four weeks,
- multilocal buildings — 1 once a week from April to October, and in other months 1 time every two weeks.
(c) large-sized municipal waste received from inhabited areas — (i.e.: old furniture, strollers, household appliances including boards, mattresses, etc.) — once every half year,
(d) biodegradable waste — brown bag or container:
- single-family buildings - 1 time every two weeks from April to October, and in other months 1 time every four weeks,
- uninhabited properties on which public utilities are located or used for business activities - 1 time every two weeks from April to October, and in other months 1 time every four weeks,
- from the property on which there is a cottage or other property used for recreational and leisure purposes - 1 time every two weeks from April to October, and in other months 1 time every four weeks,
- multilocal buildings — 1 once a week from April to October, and in other months 1 time every two weeks.
(e) consumed electronic and electrical equipment, used tyres from inhabited areas — 2 times a year,
f) collection of construction and demolition waste (derived from minor household repairs) — 2 times a year from containers set at the Municipal Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste Collection (min. 3 containers),
(g) ash and slags from inhabited and uninhabited areas — 1 time every 4 weeks (months: January - May and September-December),
h) Hazardous waste, expired medicines and chemicals, batteries and accumulators, used textiles and clothing, and waste ineligible for household medical waste from the intake of injectable medicinal products and level monitoring substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes — not less than once a year from a container set at the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point,
