This contract is a purchase order contract, awarded according to the formalized procedure of Article R2124-2 of the French Public Procurement Code. The services will be subject to a split purchase order contract with a minimum and a maximum distributed as follows:

Minimum annual amount excluding VAT: 3,000.00 euro.

Maximum annual amount excluding VAT: €150,000.00.

The contract shall be concluded for an initial period of 1 year from the date of notification. It may be renewed 3 times but the total duration does not exceed 4 years
