The city of Teltow intends to build a new sports field in the Ruhlsdorf district with a large field playing area and other outdoor facilities as well as a sanitary building. The subject of the procedure is the award of planning services according to the fee schedule for architects and engineers (HOAI), the following service profile for the following service phases:

Buildings and interiors, LPH 1 to 9

A gradual commissioning is planned. First of all, LPH 1-4 is commissioned.

The building application must be submitted by April 30, 2021 at the latest. Construction is scheduled to start in February 2022 and completion date in October 2022.

The client intends to build a new sports field with artificial turf and the construction of a sanitary building on the sports field in Sputendorfer Straße, 14513 Teltow OT Ruhlsdorf, corridor 1, parcels 561, 563, 565 and 235/1.

The total area is approx. 8 500 square meters. Of this, around 6,000 square meters are to be used for a large field play area. Artificial turf with an environmentally friendly filling is to be used for this.

The sports field must continue to be equipped with a 1.6 meter high fence with anti-burrow protection. Ball stop nets with a height of 6 m are to be provided. In addition, a floodlight system suitable for competitions must be set up. 60 parking spaces are to be planned; there is also an access route that will take up around 500 square meters. A compensation planting should be made.

A sanitary building is to be erected on the site, which should contain 4 changing rooms and 2 shower / wash rooms, each with a toilet, and an equipment room.

Furthermore, technical equipment of the following system groups is required:

1. Wastewater, water and gas systems,

2. heat supply systems,

3. ventilation systems,

4. high-voltage systems,

5. Telecommunication and information technology systems.

The subject of the lot is the planning services for the planning of buildings and interiors in accordance with Sections 33 ff. HOAI of service phases 1 to 9. The planning services are each step-by-step, initially only from Lph. 1 up to performance phase. 4 commissioned.

According to the preliminary estimate, the chargeable costs are EUR 450,000 net.
