The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection and logging and breaking timber, to be carried out in the area of the Barycz Forest District in the year 2022.

The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include the total quantities of work in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection and timber harvesting and rips resulting from Annexes No 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 to SWZ. The qualitative requirements relating to the elements that make up the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).

The scope of the object of the contract shall include the total quantities of work in the fields of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber resulting from Annex No 3.1 to SWZ, which shall consist of:

- Annex No 3.1.1— work size by group of activities, activities and location;

- Annex No 3.2.1— timber collection sortyment system;

- Annex No 3.3.1— a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

- Annex No 3.4.1— a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

- Annex No 3.5.1— information on the use of possible logging technologies;

The tangible ranges set out in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ are of an estimate.

The qualitative requirements relating to elements comprising the subject of the contract are set out in Annex No 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of forest work implementation technology), which consists of Annexes Nos 4.1 and 4.2. Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex No 4 to SWZ. A description of the principles of the procedure for receiving forestry works is set out in Annex No 4 to the SWZ.
