Works aimed at strengthening the IMC of Cagliari

The contract is aimed at carrying out the upgrading interventions planned for the Cagliari Current Maintenance Plant thanks to which more workstations for the maintenance of the ATR 365 and ATR 465 will be specialized. The new workstations, which will allow to operate on rolling stock in fixed composition, will be equipped with advanced equipment and systems for the replacement of elements of running, traction and air conditioning in addition to scheduled maintenance interventions to the rolling stock. Below is a brief description of the activities to be performed: extraordinary maintenance of the existing roof of "Shed 1" (area A and B - tracks 1 to 12); interventions "Shed 1-A" (tracks 1 to 6) with changes to the internal layout and implementation of the tooling; installation of CCTV, intrusion detection and access control systems serving the square area; interventions to the main and secondary warehouses inside "Shed 1"; renovation of the heating system "Capannone 1"; interventions to the charcoal track with installation of mechanical equipment.
