It is the objective of the municipality of Leusden to (be able to continue) to (be able to) provide Assistance to the household from the Wmo (hereinafter also HH) within the set substantive and financial frameworks.

To give input to HH from the Wmo, is largely similar to the current situation:

1.In order to maintain the General Provision Support at Home (AV Support at Home), the need to enter into agreements with providers that offer HH at an all-in unit rate resulting in a clean and livable home;

2. In order to implement the HH (MW HH), the need to enter into agreements with providers that offer HH based on PxQ, resulting in a clean and livable home. The P concerns a maximum hourly rate (based on the AMvB real cost price). The Q comes from an indication based on the HHM standards framework for each client.

This assignment is aimed at MW-HH.

In 2021, there are approximately 270 clients to whom MW-HH was delivered. It is expected that this number will remain stable in the coming years.
