The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of particular forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract provided the basis for the determination of quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in the Annex No. 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works). Due to the actual natural weather situation, which may occur during the completion of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Ordering Party reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, increasing adjustments, new findings location, as well as the withholding of the activities indicated in the individual rows of tables describing the subject of the procution.The contracting authority in accordance with Article 95 of the PZP requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons carrying out activities in the field of execution contracts involving the acquisition and rip-off of wood raw material, if the execution of these activities involves carrying out the work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (text one: Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended). The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract - the scope of the service does not exceed the value of 50% of the value of the procurement. The Contractor will perform the subject of the contract on the basis of written orders submitted by the Contracting Representatives.The period of completion of the contract: from the date of conclusion of the contract to 31.12.2022. the exercise of powers arising from the contract after the date referred to in the previous sentence, as well as the possibility of extending the period of execution of the contract by means of a change of contract Wadium for Package 11 - 4 000 PLN.
