Our framework agreement for the delivery of food and kiosk products as well as other products to maintain smooth operations at Atlanten Cafe is expiring. The new agreement will be in place April 2024.
The agreement is intended to run from 1 April 2024 - 31 March 2026 with the possibility of a 1+1 year extension.
The tender contest is initiated with a qualification phase. Only tenderers who fulfil the qualification requirements and who have been invited, will be able to submit a tender.
Qualification deadline: Monday, 4 December 2023.

Through the framework agreement, we will purchase food and kiosk products as well as various products to help ensure smooth operations at Atlanten Cafe. The services also include assistance with the marketing and advertising of the food being sold and the development of a positive visual and overall positive impression of the café.
In recent years, the café has purchased kiosk products, food and drinks for approximately NOK 1,500 - 2,000 annually. However, the contracting authority does not guarantee that purchases will steadily remain at this level in the years to come. Purchases and turnover will depend on the activity taking place in Atlanten Sports Park.
