Fortis Living is in the market for a Principal Contractor for a proposed (subject to full planning) new office development for the Fortis Group. Alongside this new office, off Great Western Way, Worcester, there will be 3 light industrial units developed. Fortis is looking for a Principal Contractor who can clearly demonstrate relevant experience of a similar mixed development site and a clear experience and commitment to managing a wide supply chain. The plan is to start on-site (subject to planning approval in June/July) in September 2017 for a 9 month development period.
