WADIUM: PLN 766.00 The bid bond paid in the form of: a bank guarantee or guarantees of a cooperative savings and credit union, bank guarantee, insurance guarantee or sureties granted by entities referred to in art. 6b paragraph 5 point 2 of the Act of November 9, 2000. on the establishment of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (Journal of Laws of 2018, items 110, 650, 1000 and 1669), should be submitted in the form of an original in electronic form with a qualified electronic signature along with the tender submitted. The bid bond paid in cash must be paid to a bank account at Bank MILLENNIUM SA account number 55 1160 2202 0000 0001 9259 2053 with the note: "Open tender - MAGNETIC RESONANCE - 49 / ZP / 2019". The deposit in cash will be effective if it is on the Purchaser's bank account before the deadline for submitting bids.
