PA VSFQ07/23/SUA - City of Anzio (RM) - Open procedure for the conclusion of a framework agreement with a single economic operator, pursuant to art. 54 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree. 50/2016 for the assignment of the management service of the beaches for free use of the Municipality of Anzio for the four-year period 2023/2026 - CIG 9735394D44.

This assignment has as its object the assignment of services consisting in guaranteeing public safety at the beaches for free use of the Municipality of Anzio, during the 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 bathing seasons through the installation of seven fixed surveillance stations at sea, the posting of signs, fences in prohibited areas and the positioning of buoys in the sea, as established in detail in the Special Specifications, in application of the delegation conferred by the Lazio Region, by virtue of the principle of administrative decentralization of state functions.

The activities and performance of the entrusted service include, but are not limited to:

- Rescue at sea and installation of buoys, as specified in the tender documents;

- Supply and installation of signs and related maintenance, as specified in the tender documents;

- Supply and installation of fences and related maintenance, as specified in the tender documents.

This procedure concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement with a single economic operator pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 18.4.2016, n. 50 on the basis of which to entrust, following specific contracts, the services indicated in the tender documents, as established in detail in the Special Specifications.

This Framework Agreement, in accordance with the aforementioned Article 54, establishes the type of reliable services and the related conditions, the duration of the framework agreement and the total expenditure ceiling within which the services covered by this Agreement may be entrusted.
