The subject of the service is the measure "50 plus Aktiv", according to § 16 SGB II in conjunction with § 45 para. 1 nos. 1, 3 and 5 SGB III is a combination of introduction to the training and labour market as well as identification, reduction or elimination of placement barriers, placement in employment subject to compulsory insurance and stabilisation of employment.

The target group for the "50 plus Aktiv" measure are motivated employable beneficiaries who are usually 50 years old and older at the time of project entry (new and existing customers) and who, in the foreseeable future, have a realistic prospect of being integrated into the primary labour market subject to social security contributions. Due to the personal circumstances, the participants need all-encompassing individual support.

The main objective of the measure is the "establishment of competitiveness" and, in some areas, also the funding objectives "establishment of process capability" and "integration".

The aim of the measure is to improve the employment opportunities of older long-term unemployed people, using their existing skills and resources to achieve sustainable integration into the primary labour market.

The contents of the measure are different modules:

- an introductory phase

- Labour and social law basics

- Overview of the current labour market

- Improvement of computer skills

- Application training

- Strengths orientation (based on workshops or role plays)

- Training of personal and labour market-related competences

- Communication at work and business etiquette

- Reduction of general barriers to employment

- Getting along with income/ economic behavior

- resource-oriented profiling

- One-to-one coaching / socio-educational support

- Placement in operational trials

Capacity: 26 seats.

The measure starts on 01.02.2024 and runs until 31.12.2024.

Attendance of the participants: 20 hours per week, with a daily presence of 4 hours.

The assignment period of a participant is initially 6 months. If, if necessary, it makes sense to remain in the measure for a longer period of time (e.g. initiation of a job), the assignment can be extended by a further 6 months.

An integration rate of 8 participants (30%) into the primary labour market within the contract period is required.
