Routine Servicing and Maintenance of Passenger, Platform, Service and Stair Lifts. The framework shall contain 2 lots. Lot 1 - Rhondda Cynon Taf area only and a contractor shall be appointed using a direct award procedure as described in the tender documents. The estimated value for lot 1 is £50,000 per annum.

Lot 2 is for an estimated value for Lot 2 of up to £700000 per annum and covers other participating local authorities namely Caerphilly County Borough Council, Monmouthshire County Borough Council, Torfaen County Borough Council, Merthyr County Borough Council, Powys County Borough Council, Vale of Glamorgan County Borough Council and Swansea County Borough Council. Please note that the local authorities mentioned may choose not to use this framework and it should be noted that the estimated value is based on the historical averaged spend of the Authorities identified above only. There will be up to six contractors on Lot 2 and appointments will be made by the identified Authorities on a mini-competition basis and further details are given in the Tebder documents.
