As part of the project management contract for the rehabilitation of a remarkable building of the City of Saumur, the main façade of the building overlooks Franklin Roosevelt Street. Secondary accesses lead to the St Nicolas car park and Rue Daillé, at the back of the building. The building is built on 3 levels as a whole, with a partial R+4 elevation on Franklin Roosevelt Street. The Ensemble develops approximately 2750 m2 of SDP. The oldest parts date from the eighteenth century and the most recent parts from the twentieth. Three areas can be identified: the main part facing Franklin Roosevelt Street and the historic façade, the central trunk which has many remarkable elements (glass roof, railings, etc.) and the rear part which has fewer heritage elements.
