The subject of the contract is the modernization of the video system in the conference room, consisting in:

1) execution of construction and electrical designs of the installation of the Hardware and Software System enabling the display of video images (hereinafter referred to as the System) in accordance with the requirements set out in points 7.5 – 7.6 and point 16 of the Description of the subject of the contract, hereinafter referred to as: OPZ;

2) delivery in accordance with the requirements described in point 7 of the OPZ, brand new and unusable 2 pcs. LED walls with Accessories;

3) carrying out the Implementation of the System in accordance with the requirements set out in point 9 of the OPZ, including the construction and installation of a load-bearing structure for LED walls in accordance with the requirements set out in point 7 of the OPZ;

(4) the development and delivery of as-built documentation in accordance with the requirements described in point 10 of the OPZ;

5) conducting one technical post-implementation workshop by the Contractor in accordance with the requirements set out in point 11 of the OPZ;

6) providing Technical Assistance to the Contractor in the amount of 150 hours.

3) carrying out the Implementation of the System in accordance with the requirements set out in point 9 of the OPZ, including the construction and installation of a load-bearing structure for LED walls in accordance with the requirements set out in point 7 of the OPZ;

(4) the development and delivery of as-built documentation in accordance with the requirements described in point 10 of the OPZ;

5) conducting one technical post-implementation workshop by the Contractor in accordance with the requirements set out in point 11 of the OPZ;
