Five detached multi-family houses with 2 full and one attic, as well as an angular administration building with 3 full and one attic, each with gable roofs, are planned on the former fire station site in Ettlingen. A basement with an underground car park with 73 parking spaces and cellar rooms will be built underground throughout the planning area. The underground car park is connected underground to the existing Sonne building.
37 residential units will be realized in the entire district. Offices, apartments and a café with outdoor seating are planned in the administration building. The total GFA is approximately 11,060m2 and the BRI total is approximately 41,975m3.
