The subject of the award is the supply of electrical energy from renewable energies (green electricity) to the tapping points of the city of Übach-Palenberg for the period 1.7.2020 - 31.12.2023.

In addition to the full supply of electricity to urban buildings, the power supply for public street lighting is the subject of this award procedure. Overall, the supply in the area of the city of Übach-Palenberg is advertised with an estimated annual requirement of 2.5 GWh / a. Electricity purchases relate to the delivery points managed by the city of Übach-Palenberg, which are located within the network area of NEW Netz GmbH. The power supply of the city of Übach-Palenberg is divided into the following 3 lots:

- Lot 1: all points of sale for street lighting,

- Lot 2: RLM delivery points,

- Lot 3: SLP delivery points.

- All points of acceptance for street lighting,

- The consumption is approx. 0.5 GWh / a.

- All RLM delivery points of the city of Übach-Palenberg (including outdoor and indoor swimming pools, town hall, high school, school center),

- The consumption is approx. 1.3 GWh / a.

- All SLP delivery points of the city of Übach-Palenberg (including city administration, primary school, gymnasium),

- The consumption is approx. 0.7 GWh / a.
