Description:

Implementation of demolition in several construction phases as part of the fire protection renovation of the Kantgymnasium in Weil am Rhein

Part of the tender are dismantling work of a metal/lamella ceiling,

incl. substructure and old mineral wool (KMF with black paint), as well as demolition work of PVC floor covering and removal of KMF insulation for heating pipes

Version in basement, ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor (area of the 4th BA and 2.BA - ribbed ceiling)

including disposal.

Total quantity or scope of the order:

Dismantling of a metal/lamella ceiling – approx. 460.00 m2

Removal of KMF insulation (mats, d approx. 3 - 4 cm) – approx. 460.00 m2

Demolition of PVC flooring – approx. 460.00 m2

Demolition, wood wool lightweight panels, acoustics on the ceiling – approx. 300.00 m2

Demolition of the suspended reed ceiling – approx. 100.00 m2

Demolition of the suspended plasterboard ceiling with acoustic plasterboard – approx. 430.00 m2

Removal of KMF insulation for heating cables – approx. 35.00 m

Incl. fine cleaning KMF

Incl. outdoor measurement according to VDI standard
