The subject of the procurement is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the rental of up to 8 XL multifunction printers (MFD) including delivery, installation, commissioning, instruction, return including dismantling.

-Rental of optional accessories (e.g. paper cassette, shooting unit, finisher)

-Consumables and consumables (e.g. toner, exposure units) via click cost billing (no paper)

-Purchase of staples

-Maintenance and support via click cost billing

-Technician assignment and spare parts for user defect cases

-Minimum order quantity: 5 color MFD

The maximum quantity for this procurement is 10 pieces/color MFP.

Large-volume color multifunction printers (MFDs) of class XL are to be procured. 5 devices for the location of the administrative center of the Federal Agency, in the area of in-house printing, and one device for the location of the Regional Directorate Hesse. Furthermore, two additional devices of the XL class can optionally be set up at locations with high print volumes.
